2010 Composite Fantasy Football Running Back Rankings
You loved them during baseball draft preparation time, so we thought we would bring them back just in time for your football drafts.
It’s composite positional rankings. For those that don’t understand composite rankings, what we did was take the rankings from CBS Sportsline.com, ESPN.com, Foxsports.com, Yahoo.com, NFL.com, jzak’s ranks with player capsules, and sockonfl’s ranks with player capsules and came up with an average rank from the seven sources and here are the results at Running Back.
We also hope you check out the bevy of rankings, sleepers and draft strategy articles we have for you here.

Hey Dumb F1?1s, Tate is out for the year! Why is Adrian Foster not in your top 30?
@KC: It’s Arian Foster, not Adrian Foster. Anyway, as of Tuesday when I printed the rankings from the various sites only NFL.com(kudos) and myself in the sockonfl ranks link above had Arian Foster in the 20′s. It is the other fantasy sites ranks that pulled his average down. He is a definite guy to have on your radar because the people that solely rely on the magazines for draft day will have no clue about Foster.
As socko said, many of the rankings factored into these composites were formed before Ben Tate went down to injury and was thought to be a threat in the Houston backfield. Newer rankings reflect that change.
