This is a continuation of the offseason teams needs series. This time we focus our attention on the NFC North.
Green Bay Packers
QB- Aaron Rodgers
RB- Ryan Grant, James Starks
WR- Greg Jennings, Donald Driver, James Jones, Jordy Nelson
TE- Jermichael Finley
Needs – The Super Bowl Champion Packers are young at all the major skill positions. Grant is aging but James Starks showed he is an adequate runner down the stretch and in the postseason run.
QB- Jay Cutler
RB- Matt Forte, Chester Taylor???
WR- Devin Hester, Johnny Knox, Earl Bennett
TE- Greg Olsen
Needs – They need a complimentary back to Matt Forte. Perhaps a power back for short yardage situations. John Clay anyone. They also need to get a more elite wide receiver for Jay Cutler either via the draft or free agency.
QB- Joe Webb
RB- Adrian Peterson, Toby Gerhart
WR- Sidney Rice???, Percy Harvin, Bernard Berrian
TE- Visanthe Schiancoe
Needs – The team definitely needs to take a hard look at the quarterback position this offseason. That only goes without figuring after the retirement of Brett Favre. The team must also work to resign Sidney Rice or that could leave a hole at wide receiver. They can feel adequate with Schiancoe at tight end.
QB- Matthew Stafford
RB- Jahvid Best, Kevin Smith
WR- Calvin Johnson, Nate Burleson
TE- Brandon Pettigrew
Needs- The team could use a second receiver, however they need to continue to build up the defense and offensive line and should use most of the draft picks they have at those positions.
