Boom or bust PPR running back projections for Week 9

Giovani Bernard is out so Jeremy Hill should get the lion’s share of carries for the Bengals this week against a Jacksonville defense 23.5 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs.

I upgraded his ranking significantly.

Same goes for Bobby Rainey, who should be the primary ballcarrier in Tampa this week. Charles Sims was activated, but he’s expected to get lmited opportunities.
