2016 Draft Kit

Boom or bust quarterback projections for Week 15

The season is winding down and Draft Kings is offering it’s final Millionaire Maker tournament of the season. $27 for a chance to win $1 million.

I’m in. I think you should be in too. Here’s a link to the contest. It’s a partners link. If you click it, it shows up on our profile and gives us a few cents. If you sign up for a new account and deposit some cash we get a few more cents.

You also get a chance to start Johnny Manziel this week. It’s not a great matchup, but he should easily pay off his backup-level salary.

Derek Anderson is another good sleeper option this week. He’s minimum priced.

In standard leagues, Anderson and Manziel could very well provide an interesting spark for fantasy owners who lost Cam Newton or who have been streaming quarterbacks all season.

Drew Brees, Jay Cutler and Matt Ryan are Nos. 2 through 4 in our rankings, but I’d be cautious with them.

Brees as a total bust last week in a great situation. That makes him a decent play in a daily fantasy big field tournament this week, but I’m not confident he’ll live up to these expectations.

Cutler and Bears are a mess. Like Brees, he makes for an interesting option in DFS, but I don’t think he’ll live up to this ranking.

Ryan has a really good matchup but he’ll likely be without Julio Jones which means we really have to drop his ceiling and floor a bit.

Some of you might be wondering where Aaron Rodgers is. We have him 13th. The Bills are tough against quarterbacks. Yes, Rodgers could throw for 400 and 5 TDs against anyone, but we’re talking about probabilities and percentages and they don’t look good for Rodgers this week.
