Eddie Lacy and James Starks are likely to split carries this week.
It would have been cool if Starks would have started outright. I know losing Lacy in your league’s semifinals wouldn’t have been ideal, but now we’re stuck debating whether we should start one or both or neither of them.
It’s not a great matchup to begin with, but there are always touchdowns to be scored when the Packers are on the field.
One other thing I didn’t really address too much in the standard running back projections is the New York Jets running back situation.
The Jets face Tennessee, who made Andre Williams look like a star running back last week. The Titans are allowing a ton of fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.
The Jets’ duo of Chris Johnson and Chris Ivory are hardly great, but they’ve shown some flashes this season, making me think they could be sneaky matchup-based plays this week.
