All of the hard work I put into these rankings is really done for you.
I could go to Fantasy Pros, FFToday and a bunch of other free sites which offer great advice. There’s also a handful of great paid sites with incredible offerings.
However, doing these projections for you has led me to make some shrewd moves and got one of my jellybeans-on-the-line teams into a semifinal. The reason I’m talking about it now is because I owe most of my success to my wide receivers.
I’m rocking Odell Beckham Jr., Randall Cobb, Charles Johnson and Steve Smith Sr. on that squad. With the exception of Johnson, those players have decent matchups this week.
None of them have it as good as T.Y. Hilton. I’ll save that discussion for the wide receiver 1 matchups article which should roll out in an hour or two, but if you don’t read anything else this week, you should probably find a way to get T.Y. Hilton into a daily fantasy lineup this week.
If you’re rocking a lineup in the semifinals featuring Hilton you should be feeling pretty confident going into tomorrow.
Some other notable plays and players:
Marquess Wilson is starting for the injured Brandon Marshall. Most everyone in the industry thinks he’ll put up good numbers.
Kelvin Benjamin gets a great matchup and is a decent play even though Derek Anderson is throwing the ball to him. Anderson was pretty good in the first game of the season when Cam Newton couldn’t play.
Jordy Nelson is way down the list this week. All of my projections point to a bad performance for the Packers against the Bills. When Buffalo gives up anything through the air it’s usually to No. 2 receivers, not No. 1s.
Also, A.J. Green goes up against Joe Haden this week. You can’t bench him in your season long league, but I’m avoiding him in DFS.
