Fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 10

Got a note from our normal weekly rankings writer, consigliere, stating that he wouldn’t be able to produce his normal rankings this week. You can see more about it here.

So, for this week, I figured I could throw out my own  quarterback rankings. Don’t expect a cookie cutter list like you’ll find at other sites. I’m breaking a few of the norms with this list.
