Just a friendly reminder, Ninja, the Dolphins and Jets play at 9:30 a.m. eastern time today because they are playing at Wembley Stadium in England.
You can check out the weather for the game here. Wembley has a partially retractable roof, but the field is open.
Check out our early rankings to see which players from the game need to be in your lineup. Final rankings will be posted soon, probably before the start of the game.
Obviously, if we’re talking about defenses there probably won’t be much else to go around from a fantasy perspective. But I am considering two plays. I’m not going to invest too much into this idea. Maybe $1. I’ll concentrate mostly on the 1 p.m. and later games, but here it is.
The Jets have been pretty much shut down against receivers so far this season, but they’ve allowed 78.6 yards per game to opposing tight ends, the second-most in the NFL. Jordan Cameron hasn’t had his welcome to the Dolphins game yet. Remember, not too long ago, Cameron was in a sub-elite tier just below Jimmy Graham and Rob Gronkowski and flirted with being in their group. His problem has been health. He is questionable with a groin issue, but he’s also expected to play.
I’ll pair Cameron with QB Ryan Tannehill in a second cheap lineup in the hopes the duo hook up for three TDs.
Again, this is low-price tournament only. I also feel like there will be a lot of lineups with Jets and Dolphins aplenty despite this game having the second-lowest over/under of the week. These lineups will probably be so bad we can eliminate them before the whistle even blows. It’s overlay without actual overlay.
May variance be in your favor today and every day.
