Well, as predicted, Andrew Cashner hung my lineups out to dry. My only lineup that cashed was the only one that didn’t have Cashner. I hope you heeded my advice and went the other direction. If you went with the big guns — Zack Greinke and Chris Sale — you probably cashed. Good job.

My lineups finally got back in the win column last night with a profitable slate of games. I hope you had similar or better success. I expect we’ll get more of the same today.
Sunday was a virtual disaster for me at FanDuel. I played six $1 contests, but only returned $3.60. That’s not going to cut it. Just like I did for the Draft Kings lineups, I changed some of the multipliers in our formula back to the original numbers. Fiddling with yesterday’s and today’s rankings I found […]
Eked out enough wins last night to break even. I made some slight modifications to the formulas a while back. I switched back to the original multipliers. The lineups came together well today. We’ll see how they do. Maybe don’t go all-in on these today. However, I do recommend you throw at least one entry […]
Our rankings turned a small profit for me yesterday. I hope you had the same fortune. Today there is only one slate of games at FanDuel and these rankings feel kind of odd. FanDuel scoring puts a premium on pitching. But the top two pitchers are a value and an EXTREME value. Sorry for yelling, but, […]
When I saw that David Peralta and Franklin Gutierrez were each scoring 30 points and that Chris Sale and Shelby Miller were flirting with no-hitters, my immediate (alarmed) thought was, “ANOMALOUS!” I thought for sure I’d be saying for the second straight day, and for the third time in three days, about how we can’t […]
Just like with our Draft Kings rankings, it was another good day at FanDuel. I want to get working on fantasy football stuff but we’re just having too much success in baseball.
