Boom or bust PPR tight end projections for Week 7

San Francisco is one of the top-10 most effective defenses against tight ends so I had to cut Julius Thomas‘ projecitons a bit. It still wasn’t enough to drop him from the top spot — even though it was a positive matchup for our No. 2 tight end, Rob Gronkowski.

Aw, man, Delanie Walker‘s projections are sick. Every time I look at them I cringe a bit. Walker has been huge this season. He’s got a +++ matchup, but he’s questionable. I explained in the standard tight end projections that I don’t like Jordan Cameron this week even though he’s a better injury grade (probable).

Boom or bust tight end projections for Week 5

The numbers put Delanie Walker and Julius Thomas ahead of Jimmy Graham this week. All of them should start in standard leagues and they’ll probably all get high usage in daily fantasy leagues.

Some minor updates to the tight ends here in PPR and in the standard rankings. Austin Sefarian-Jenkins is likely to play for Tampa Bay. Some people think he might be a good sleeper this week. My projections suggest otherwise.
