Team defense (D/ST) projections for Week 8

When I saw Blake Bortles was projected to be sacked 3.5 times I sort of figured Miami would be our top defense this week.

I never would have expected Tampa Bay to be our No. 2 defense though. Bridgewater has been turnover prone. The projected point total also suggests there might be some loose points to go around which could come on a kick return or a defensive score.

Speaking of D/ST scores, I’ve got a lot more confidence in the touchdown percentage statistic seeing Philadelphia come in with the top number of the week. They’ve scored a ton of non-offense touchdowns this season, so it’s encouraging the projections reflect that.

Week 8 PPR projections: RB | WR | TE | FLEX

The projections below are generated on a Google Doc. They will update automatically as I make changes through the weekend. The final numbers may not reflect the conversation above.
