[...] I could take time to drool all over my 2009 QB love affair with Matt Schaub. I could call him a sleeper, but let’s face it … he isn’t (even though I call him one here). [...]

Hahaha,
It's only because neither of us have him on our team.
If we did, we'd defend him right up until the day he hit the injury report.

JZ,
You forgot to mention that Adrian Peterson had 768 carries (363, actually) last season, and when backs have ridiculous carries they tend to slide the following season.
If he's less effective, or hurt as you suggest, Taylor is a fantastic pick.
I also agree on the Schaub pick, I tabbed him as a sleeper last year for all the reasons you cite here.
However, I'm not as sold on Santonio as you are. Nate Washington's reputation is far greater than his actual numbers. He only had 40 catches last year, that's as many as Mewelde Moore and less than Heath Miller.
I can't believe that Holmes is going to benefit as much as some think from Washington's departure.
Maybe Holmes gets five more catches this year, but the receivers who benefit most from Washington's departure will be Limas Sweed or Shaun McDonald.
